Classes

For the month of August, we only have classes on Wednesday and Thursday. Please call for more details. 905-839-8822.

All classes are now on our convenient class card system. The Class Card allows you the freedom to try any class you like and at your leisure. Once you become a member of our gym, then you purchase a class card. You bring the card to class and get it punched each time. Use the card for 10 weeks of one class, or use the card for 10 classes in one week. It is up to you.

Class Card Prices:

One Class = $15 plus tax

5 Classes = $60 plus tax

10 Classes = $100 plus tax

20 Classes = $175 plus tax
